What Is Whole Self Yoga?

Today I would like to take a moment to talk to you all about the reasons that I started Whole Self Yoga, and to share some of the many things that motivate and inspire me with this venture!

Far from being just for yoga classes, Whole Self Yoga is also for yoga retreats, teacher training, ongoing professional development, and of course that all-important self-care!

This brand has become so important to me, and I truly see it as the goal that I have been working towards over the last ten years of my yoga career.

As some of you may already know, ten years ago I was totally exhausted by my life. Everything changed for me when I went along to a yoga class and started to realise that I could take this time for myself to recharge! I soon noticed that my energy levels were elevated and my mood swings began to calm.

I have put together the following video to give you a greater insight into Whole Self, as well as to share some first-hand accounts from my Whole Self students.

Whole Self isn’t just for yoga teachers, or those who are aspiring to become yoga teachers. It is also for those who understand the importance of self-love, and want to take care of themselves better! It is for those who are looking for something more from their lives, and for those who want to share this space and experience with others.

Teacher Training

One of the main focuses of Whole Self Yoga is my 200-Hour Teacher Training Course.

This course allows you to fully immerse yourself in the Whole Self Yoga experience and is open to anyone who wants to deepen their personal practice. It is also for anyone who is looking to develop themselves physically and emotionally, and improve their life through the practice of yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, and self-care.

When you enroll on this course, you can expect guidance from world-class experts in anatomy, eastern philosophy, mindfulness, meditation and sequencing. Through movement, nutrition, and practical inspiration you are able to see what’s possible for your life.

Yoga Retreats

Santorini Retreat

A transformative and restorative yoga retreat under the sun of Santorini. Set on one of the most enchanting islands of the Aegean sea, with magnificent sunsets, soothing water and delicious Greek food, Santorini will be our home for five nights and six days.

Mapperton Retreat

This is a restorative and transformative retreat in the breathtaking West Dorset countryside. Set in Britain’s finest manor house (as voted by Country Life) with cozy fires, long walks, craft workshops and delicious local plant-based food, Mapperton will be our home for three nights and four days.
