One of my favourite things about yoga is how the evolution of the practice is unique and individual to every person that engages with it!
Anger is an emotion that not everybody is comfortable talking about. As children we are often taught to keep our anger inside, and that we shouldn’t allow the more negative of our emotions to get the better of us.
More and more athletes are turning to yoga to up their game, and this seems to be especially true in the running world!
Yoga has many fantastic uses and benefits, not least of all helping you to relax! And, let's be honest, who among us couldn't do with a little bit more (or a lot more!) relaxation in their lives!?
One thing that I am certain we can all stand to benefit from is making more time for our own personal self-care and wellbeing.
