The essence of the book is demonstrating that a way of life that involves high energy levels, weight loss, optimum blood pressure, and a low cholesterol level is possible!

good idea. since focussing on getting more good food into my diet, rather than telling myself what I am not allowed, its so much easier to keep in shape. If I fill myself up with healthy food first I will naturally eat less chocolate/biscuits when I do let myself have them and I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself. This means I’m less grumpy and its easier to sustain.
