After conducting 6 months of thorough research, I am delighted to announce the return of my 200-hour Teacher Training program! Many of you have eagerly inquired about the next training, and while I have been a bit elusive in my response, it was for an important reason.

I wanted to ensure that post-pandemic life could accommodate our needs in terms of flexibility and availability. There is a big difference between Yoga and yoga. Due to the popularity and profitability of yoga in the West, the deeper understanding and ultimate goal of yoga has become overlooked, diluted, or many times lost entirely.

Understanding the history, philosophy, psychology, and science of Yoga teaches us the true purpose of Yoga and how to apply it in our everyday modern lives.

It’s the capital “Y” Yoga that leads us down the path of transformation, not perfecting a handstand or touching your toes. It’s the capital “Y” Yoga that’s the soul of the practice.

This workshop is for:

Look up. It’s been a couple of tricky months for me balancing and juggling my many hats and balls. Many of you know, that amongst the balls I juggle, one of them is @mapperton_estate … it is a full time job and a job I married into 🙏🏻… this summer we had several resignations as did many, many, many organisations across 🇬🇧 and I found myself (and others who chipped in as well THANK YOU!) taking on weddings, events and social media at @mapperton_estate on top of everything else - which in turn - and in return - has given me sleepless nights. Because in order to juggle and keep ALL my balls in the air, I could only allow minimal sleep and certainly no weekends off.

But I kept looking up, exhausted as I was. I kept moving forwards knowing that this was ONLY A MOMENT and all moments pass.
.
I’m certain that over the past 3 months a few balls have been scuffed and certainly not tossed as high as they should have been, however those wounds have healed and the scars now tell the stories of never giving up.
.
I’m still here. Doing my yoga ( a ball I Did keep high in the air ) and feel stronger than ever before. Because what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. See you here. I’m back. xx Julie
