    Everything we tasted at the Wholeself Retreat at Mapperton was sensational. Mark is gifted with great imagination. He has opened doors to new vistas in plant based recipes. Loved it !

    Really excited for this cookbook. I had the privilege of eating many of these recipes at Julie’s yoga retreat and Mark’s cooking was fantastic (and Im not vegetarian/vegan so I think that’s extra kudos 🙂 )

    This is the best plant-based recipe book I’ve ever bought. I’m working my way through it and every single thing I’ve made has been delicious. The best part is that Mark uses ingredients I already frequently buy and use but shows me how to put them all together to make something that tastes fanstastic. It’s practical, the food is hearty and filling, and it has helped me become a better cook!
